I love my Fit Food and I love this Nala fitness food!
She’s super cute and I want to try her out!
The recipe comes from a recent Reddit post and I’m a big fan of it!
I have to admit, I had a tough time figuring out how to make it from scratch but it turned out well enough!
I am a big Nala fan.
She’s a perfect fit!
The only thing I had to do was make a few adjustments.
I cut the coconut oil in half, used half the recipe and doubled the recipe.
This made it a little more filling but still enough to get you going.
I also made the coconut cream and added some coconut flakes and coconut sugar to it.
I wanted to add a little bit of crunch to the coconut milk and coconut cream so I used a little coconut flour.
To top it all off, I added a little extra coconut milk to the recipe as well.
The recipe is pretty simple and you can really use whatever you have at hand!
I used the Coconut Oil from my Fit Foods and the Coconut Cream from the Nala Fitness Food.
This recipe was inspired by a Reddit user who posted a photo of a coconut milk ice cream recipe on her blog.
I was super excited to try this one.
I have made my own Coconut Oil a few times and this time I used one from my fitness food store.
The recipe calls for 1-1/2 cups of coconut oil but I found that it made a great substitute.
I like to use a little less coconut oil than the Naltras brand because it’s just right for this recipe.
Here’s the recipe:1/4 cup coconut oil (I used a 1-cup coconut oil)1/3 cup coconut flour (I use a 1/4-cup)1 teaspoon salt (I like to add some)2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar1/8 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon coconut milk2 cups (or 2-1.5 cups) coconut cream2-1 tablespoons coconut oil2-2 cups shredded coconut2-4 tablespoons coconut flakes1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract2 teaspoons coconut sugarI was super nervous about how much coconut oil to use because I was going to add more coconut flour to get the consistency right but it was perfect!
I think this recipe will be perfect for someone who likes to use coconut oil and wants to use this flavor combination but not overdo it.
I would definitely make this again!
