I liked it. But I also like rickety rollercoasters. Good series of exercises, although as other reviewers have pointed out there are a great many exercises that require some basic equipment; hardly a ‘bible of bodyweight’ but it’s a small criticism as you can literally improvise with anything to hand. The point it makes is that you don’t need machines and gyms, and any movement is better than no movement.Oh and for the people saying it gives ‘unsafe instruction’ – as the book says, you know your body and its limits, don’t exceed them…

Absolutely brilliant book. I managed to do all the exercises … Absolutely brilliant book. I managed to do all the exercises in my little flat, using the things around me. I would recommend getting a pull up bar though. The exercise routines in the book are perfect. You can feel that they are working and they do push you but because you don’t overdo it, it feels like it’s a set of routines that one could stick to long term.
