Easy to follow intructions and pictures This exercise book is well set out. It’s broken down into components and has easy to follow tables and pictures. I am very lazy when it comes to exercise but this book is great for making even the laziest of person want to exercise. The description and pictures explain very clearly how to do each exercise – which is good for novices like me. I will be following this plan.

It takes you from something a beginner could do all the way up to 90 days where, if you’ve followed the plan, you can certainly no longer call yourself a beginner! Dale has put his heart and soul into this and it shows, and the introductory break down of the ‘5 components’ of a good workout was a great way to help me understand what matters most when working those muscles. Look forward to more from Dale.
