Yes my weight has decreased but the progress pics give a much better visual indicator of changes to your body so defo recommend doing those. My back fat has disapeared, my waist is more shapely again and my stomach flatter and more toned. I have done exercises and diets before but this book really helps focus your mind on what you are eating, you build your own meals around the carb cycle from available foods in the lists which I believe makes it feel less like a diet as you are still making own but healthy choices. The circuits are also really easy to follow and trust me they make you sweat so will be fat burning and toning you. If you want a diet and exercise combination which works then defo buy this book!
