Elle has done a good job with this book People assume that life is over after 50. Let me tell you a different thing. Teenagers do not think that your life is finished after 50. My teenage son really wants me to look young and feel you. Elle has done a good job with this book. It works as a motivational trick to help people. Focus on the right mindset. At 50, you are more mature and emotionally settled. Be wise and take steps for your health. The book doesn’t focus much on exercise and strength training.
